BabyBond Nursing Cover Review and Giveaway!

Sponsored by Tomoson.com

I think every nursing mom has struggled with trying to cover up appropriately while nursing in public.  Once babies are old enough to be social, they simply don't like to be covered up any longer.  Let's face it, nobody wants to fight their baby, an apron-style nursing cover (or blanket), and all for the entertainment of the public!

Enter the BabyBond nursing cover, winner of the iParenting Media Award.  Missy, the designer of the BabyBond, envisioned a nursing cover that would "cover mom, but not her baby."  From BabyBond:

Mom is able to maintain her modesty.  Baby remains uncovered benefiting from the infinite opportunity to maintain eye contact, interact, and communicate.  After all, dining is social.

I couldn't have said it any better.  BabyBond is designed for "nursing and conversing."  Abel is just now, at four months, starting to really interact with me during feeding time.  I love the eye contact and flirting!  The BabyBond allows him to continue being his cute, social self while also getting the job of eating done.

The BabyBond nursing cover comes in three styles, original, flex, and couture.

Original
Flex
Couture
For the purposes of my review, I chose the couture.  The couture allows you nurse from both the top and the bottom of your shirt, and I don't have many shirts that allow me to nurse from the top, so the couture made the most sense.

I obviously can't nurse from the top of this turtleneck, but you can see how very un-cumbersome the BabyBond is.

Worn as a belly band for nursing from the bottom.

You can just see it peeking out from the bottom of my shirt.

BabyBond features informative, easy to follow instructional videos, which made getting started with the couture a breeze.

Each style of the BabyBond nursing cover retails for $35, and BabyBond is offering readers of Gluten Free Motherhood a 25% discount for using the code "GLUTEN" at checkout.  If you've been struggling with the "nursing in public" dilemma, this is definitely worth taking advantage of.

BabyBond has also generously offered to give a BabyBond nursing cover in the style of choice to one of Gluten Free Motherhood's readers.  Just enter via the simple Rafflecopter entry form below.
